#SWVLApproved Equipment Free Workout

Working out can be such a hassle… especially when you don’t have a gym to work out at. With this #SWVLApproved equipment free workout, you can start living healthy today.

Don’t forget to stretch before each workout and stay hydrated.

  1. Start with jogging in place for 30 seconds, 10 push-ups, 20 crunches. Repeat 3x 
  2. Plank for 30 seconds, 15 jumping-jacks, jog in place 40 seconds. Repeat 3x.


3. Start with 25 lunges each leg, 15 squats, 25 push-ups. Repeat 3x. 

4. Run in place for 45 seconds, 30 push-ups, 30 crunches, & 50 jumping jacks. Repeat 2x.


5. Plank for 45 seconds, 20 bicycle-crunches, 20 lunges each leg, 10 jumping-jacks. Repeat 2x.


Think these workouts are too easy? Try combining them together or repeating each workout more than 3 times. You can also put together your own equipment free workouts.
